Workout gurus: I'm having trouble dropping my last 10 lbs

FWIW I'm 6'1
Over the last year I gained some weight and got up to 210. I'm now down to 181 but I cannot drop below that for the life of me. I eat low/no carb, workout daily and run daily. Clearly, I'm doing something that's holding me back but I can't figure out what it is.
I'm taking a preworkout and postworkout shake.
Any ideas on how to kick it in gear for my last 10?
:nb4meth:
TIA

6'1" and 181 and still trying to lose 10 lbs?
I don't get it, but you need to up your workout intensity

Why do you want to get to a specific weight? How lean are you? At 6'1' and 181, I would imagine youre pretty lean already so what's the need to drop 10 more lbs? Do you have belly fat? How do your clothes fit and how do you feel? How do you look in the mirror? All more important than weight as a number.

Weight is just a number. If you're 6'1" and lifting daily, 181 seems a healthy weight. If you're concerned about the number, lift a little less weight to lose some of the lbs. attributed to muscle mass. Change up the running routine to include HIIT. Perhaps substitute some biking and the rowing machine. Walk to places instead of driving whenever possible.
1200-1500 calories per day and cut out alcohol completely. Watch yourself on weekends. Keep committed to regular cardio and weight lifting to keep the metabolism churning. Minimize cheats as much as possible.

Don't worry about it. Go for the "dad bod" look.

6'1 170 is your goal?
Are you 13 or 14?
That is pretty damned skinny.

I'm 5'7 and 185 of raw muscle and some chubs. Pure powerhouse.
I would have to quit craft beer to get washboard abs.a price I'm not willing to pay

180 is good for your height.
If I were 180 I would look like a superhero, and I'm a couple of inches shorter than you are.
Just gain muscle.

Last 10 lbs of stubborn bodyfat around love handles, lowr abs, etc are extremely difficult to lose. I know that feeling. I'm in the same boat here and I can't figure out what to do.

Man, at that few calories at that activity level, that'll do it. You would probably feel like shite though. That's not nearly enough calories to support and active lifestyle.

This is my biggest deal. Craft beer. And I will never sacrifice it. I will live at 12-13% unless I have a reason to train to get lower and leaner. In that case, I would cut beer down alot. But training for Colorado doesnt really get ramped up for another month so Im going crabbing and getting trashed this weekend. Yes, Im trashy.
