i have been using for to curl when the squat rack is occupied by losers using belts. been noticing some serious gains

I haven't used them for some time, but I have Black Mountain resistance bands. They seem alright to me. Not sure whether you're looking for ribbon bands or tube bands, though.

I have to give it to Crossfit. Their equipment is quality.
My rings broke on me last night so I just pulled the trigger on some Crossfit rings and the reviews are pretty solid.
I have never used ribbon bands though. They seem more like an assist band. I don't really need an assist band. I want something I can do arm and shoulder exercises with.
