Just learned this from an oncologist when dealing with my dad. Only a small percentage of people get cancer from just smoking. It's actually the smoking coupled with other things that causes it in the majority of people. The smoking increases the odds when exposed to other factors. In my dad's case it was working around asbestos when he was younger.

i'm still waiting on conclusive results on whether or not smoking pot causes cancer. i can honestly say that i'd give up drinking if marijuana was legalized in my state.

Life is vastly overrated in many ways anyway. Live in the moment and enjoy yourself. We are all headed to the same destination, just at different points in time and in different ways. The end result is the same for everyone.
