If this is the case, then there really may be nothing to the story.
If this guy was loving her unconditionally when she was heavy and marriage troubles were a result of her own insecurity, then she's pretty sick in the head.
However, perhaps he was horrible to her because she was obese, and she lost the weight and just wants to rub it in his face now. More power to her I guess.

Of course I don't know what went on in their relationship.
However, it seems the reward for the guy that put up with an obese wife for who knows how long is getting kicked to the curb once she loses weight.
It's great she got healthy and will be around longer for her kids but it's a shame the kids are in a broken family now. Based on their ages, it won't be a good thing for them.
