If she drives a car on U.S. highways then she is subject to ALL "federal laws" for her ENTIRE life.
If any of these "nutjobs" have NEVER rode in a car on a U.S. Highway then they have a partial leg to stand on.

All the sovereign citizen people regurgitate portions from other pleadings. Obviously not the highlights from this, but some of the backing themes, I'm sure.
I see motions and pleadings all the time where they've copied and pasted and forgotten to change all the references to the current case.
