Point them out then. Stop making general statements and build your case.

He's story, the more I read it, the more it becomes questionable.

Q1 What part of his story does not substantially match up with the physical evidence and the eyewitness testimony?

Q2 What do you believe actually happened? That Officer Wilson pursued Mike Brown and murdered him in cold blood?

I never disagreed with the facts.

I said this rhetoric matched the facts. How he got to the facts though, and how he portrayed them was interesting, not surprising, and full of subtle racial stereotypes.

If you haven't noticed them, I suggest you read them again. Dude got himself a good lawyer and prepares good rhetoric to match the facts of the case

He won't answer. His side lost and he is extremely upset. And yes....it is a matter of sides to him regardless of facts.

No but his banter conjured up old age racial stereotypes that none of you cared to notice or mention.

I know that you watched the announcement last night because you were posting in the thread. However, based on the questions that you were asking, I don't think you understood what he was saying.

Put down the thesaurus that you use when you post big words on here and attempt to form a coherent sentence and do a little research on forensics. You're constantly calling others racist while you are probably the most racist poster that I have seen post in the last 24 hours.

Quick one, I do think wilson should have seen his day in court though. The DAs handling of the secret jury is questionable at best.

Well... there is the matter of Wilson saying Brown was 20-30 feet from him and charged 10 feet back towards him before he shot when the body was found 150 feet away from the car. That's a pretty big discrepancy IMO.

He ran after him for 140 feet it sounds like. Like he testified. Are you ok with everything now?

Shut the frick up with your "stereotype" dribble.

Do you ever consider that his rhetoric matched the facts because they are the FACTS?

The facts of the case are what matters. You are so clueless. I'm starting to feel sorry for you. I admit, you have been entertaining though. Please carry on.

The secret jury?

Why would Wilson go to court? He did nothing wrong.

What are your feelings about the business owners from that community losing everything they own because of the riots? Trial aside

It's absolutely baffling that you people, yeah I said it, simply do not understand how a grand jury works.

Been waiting for this shite. Was wondering what was taking so long. ... The white, crooked, racist police dept., DA's office, & forensic people all band together to get the factual evidence to the white killer cop so that he can manipulate his story to match the unbiased facts. ... You realize you just discredit yourselves every time you do this. I completely stop listening to your side whenever I hear this drivel.

so his story matches the facts, the facts prove tht brown was an aggressor, and you re upset?

Sounds like you just don't like the facts! Sorry, you can't have your own of those.

Talk about rhetoric! The Grand Jury process is now called the "secret jury" by the ignorant race pimps.

he did

do you understand what a grand jury is?

all they had to do was find there was PROBABLE CAUSE to bring a case forward

thats it

quote:

The DAs handling of the secret jury is questionable at best.

its questionable to present to a grand jury every piece of evidence that state and federal investigators have uncovered? how? itd be questionable if only some evidence was presented to sway the grand jury in a certain direction, but thats not what happened

they saw EVERYTHING

just like a petit jury would see in a trial

and if a grand jury did not have enough evidence to see PROBABLE CAUSE, a petit jury would not have had enough evidence to return a verdict of guilty BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT for ANY crime
