Major surgery with possible complications for her vs a 5min in office procedure that you drive yourself home.

No brainer...

We're both 33, and just had twin girls. We already have a 3 year old boy. I'm done. I sure as shite don't want to go through more twins, and especially a pregnant wife with 3 kids under 3. As soon as i get the green light it's happening!!!

Mine was 50 bucks out of pocket, it is one of the few things the insurance companies are actually willing to pay for, for obvious reasons.

Okay if that's true then I am fine getting it done. I just didn't see the point if they had similar reversal rates. I mean she will already b

If you are already worried about reversal, you should probably not be considering a "fix" considered to be permanent for either of you.

Getting some frozen is actually a great idea that somehow we haven't thought about. Thanks for the reminder. Like I said the talks were in the very early stages. Still doing research. Once she wakes up I will tell her about getting some frozen and then I'll be more than happy to do it. See if you can get past some of the BS the OT can help you think through some things. Haha

Yea Steve that's why I want to call it done after this one. What if we are 35 and want one more and then twins pop up. I'm a firm believer in, if you can't afford them don't have em, and supporting 2 kids and a stay at home wife is about where I feel comfortable financially and was the plan since before marriage.

It's pretty simple outpatient procedure. Mine took about 45 minutes. I've had a couple bouts with epididymitis, but a round of antibiotics cleared it up. Other than that, it's a no brainer for a guy. I did mine the Wednesday before British Open since sleep would be jacked and milked it 4 days in the bed with frozen veggies on my balls watching golf.

2 kids is the new 3.

Had a buddy who's grew back and knocked his wife up with #4. Was a pretty f'ed up situation until the uro confirmed it grew back and kid #4 was his.

Dont make decisions that are the easiest to reverse. Have some conviction.
Doesn't matter who gets it done, but do it for the rights reasons, at the right time for everyone involved rather than looking at the easiest way out.

You better hope she doesn't look at your entire marriage that way.

Look at all these neutered lap dog beta bitches in this thread. Don't do it man, you're talking about cutting your own nuts.

Vasectomy won't keep her from getting pregnant again but it will change the kid's skin color.

When you start messing with female plumbing you're asking for trouble. Get the vasectomy. It's not a big deal and you can be confident you're shooting blanks.

I talked to a doctor and even with her getting a c-section the doctor afres with her it's a bigger deal and more risk of complications

I think the doc was lying to you. My wife had a section for our last kid, doctor asked if we still wanted her tubes tied immediately after the delivery(we discussed that with him as an option if she had a section) we took about 30 seconds and told him yes. He had her closed up within 5 minutes.

I was planning to get a vasectomy had that not happened.
