My daughter was 8lbs 12 oz when delivered at 37 weeks.

Now almost a year later she is long and lean

20lbs @ 5 months puts them in the 90-95th percentile for boys and over 95th percentile for girls. Combine that with the fact they're twins and your children are gargantuan.
