Do you think there was a beef with him and MJ?

What a shame the finest basketball product to ever come out of the Pelican State was robbed of his part in the finest film ever made about cartoons and basketball.

I understand Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, even Muggsy Bogues, but the 7-foot Mormon bust Shawn Bradley should have given his part to the mighty Malone, the most-shredded player in NBA history, and Louisiana's favorite son.

What are your thoughts?

The Monstars did a terrible job of constructing their roster. Why do you need 2 centers in your starting 5? They had 2 centers, 2 undersized power forwards, and a one tiny-arse point guard. No wonder Bill Murray, Tazmanian Devil, and Michael Jordan ran around these guys. Replace Bradley with a quality small forward and Bogues with a good combo-guard and then you can probably win that game easily.

The Chief might show off his ring collection to refute your claim:

ETA: Total of 1,795 games played in.

I will disagree only because of what they were going up against. Bugs and Lola Bunny are both sub 4' tall. Also, they are rabbits. It made total sense to go with two giants. Plus Barkley may have been undersized but he didn't play like it. I'm still dumbfounded that they found a way to lose.

Capital "M" Man right there.

Almost 22 complete 82 game regular NBA seasons in total games played (counting playoff games).

Four championship rings.

Petit, Pistol, Shaq, Chief, Malone...

Louisiana not slacking.

the Chief was so solid as a basketball player

He wasn't great at one thing, he was pretty good at several things on the court.

Probably b/c Warner Bros knew it would be a bad idea to put a guy who had impregnated a 13 year old in a kids movie.
