Why do Realtors Plaster Their Picture Everywhere?

I deal with a lot of realtors in my profession. Why is it that realtors plaster their picture on business cards, letterheads, email signatures, web banner images, For Sale Signs, advertisements, etc. etc. etc.
I have never seen any other profession do this besides lawyers. Why?

Like lawyers they are selling themselves more than a particular product. They need to look like someone with whom you would want to do business.

Since the sale is dependent on the female realtor giving up the sex to close the deal, you need to know which ones are hot before you start doing business with them.
