Let's say you save $50 more like $80 per toilet x so my units. That adds up when most developments are trying to cut cost while maximize rent.

I don't know, but after spending a week in Tokyo, I really want to invest in one of those Lixil brand hi tech toilets that have heated seats and built in bidet tube that extends out under your butthole when you press the button.
