Not sure why we like certain types. I always was attracted to brunettes but married a 'blonde'...bottle blonde, of course, but blonde nonetheless. I still like to look at all of them.

I have a scar on one of my eyebrows, so no hair grows there. I've been having to use an eyebrow pencil since I was in HS. I have the light blonde pencils and they do closely match my brows...but they still make them slightly darker than my natural brows.
If you already have darker brows(aren't you a natural brunette?), then yeah...of course if you put a lighter pencil on them it will make them lighter.
