When is the next St. George vote? Seems like it'll be a slightly different outcome next time...

St. George is going to pass so easily it'll only ignite the flames even more, but who gives a frick at that point.

Fat Gary live on FB

On Greg Meriweyhers question regarding people that hunt, are they the gun owners we need to be concerned about?

Fat Gary says HELL YES, HELL YES, because they are the people that get hired to be cops.

F'ing idiot

I don't hate NBR. My parents still live in NBR (much go my objection). My ex fiancee's family's business is based in NBR and will never leave NBR. They are billionaires. It's crazy how life works out.

NBR isn't the problem. People like Gary Chambers are the problem. He represents the majority of NBR residents about as much as David Duke represents whites.

I want the hate to end.

I just want the hate to end.

i think this sums it up. Its people like Gary who creates a certain perception that causes people, who don't live in the community, to get worked up and hoop and holla because they are only seeing what they are told.

I think this guy does a good job explaining why Sterling shooting was justified.
LINK

But if Gary really wants to help his community he would tackle the real issues. Issues like... All the unsolved murders that take place in his community because no one says anything to the police out of fear of being labeled "a snitch" which could result in their own death sentence.

If he really wanted to help, he would show the people in his community what resources are available, for them to use in order to improve themselves. He would talk about the importance of education and how focusing on getting out of that environment could help them live a better life.. But.. people like him depend on the uneducated in order for him to have a "relevant voice".

NBR & SBR is in deep shite with representatives like that idiot, Gary Chambers. Nothing will ever be resolved.

Sadly, this can be seen all across the nation. No one wants to acknowledge the elephant in the room. There will be no resolution until people admit their own flaws and work to fix themselves before expecting others to do same.

I am not trying to "knight" for MSCoastgrl, but she stated that her parents live in NBR, which she doesn't necessarily agree with. It understandable how someone can listen to some of that shite and get frustrated, especially if loved ones live in the specific area that is being highlighted.

Things have become more tense between the black girls and us (I guess the white girls, idk?), since this started.

It's been really awkward. It's like they've felt like they can rebel and break the rules and it's okay. It's not.

I just want this to go away. They didn't know Alton. They're using this as a reason to come in late, take 2 hour lunch breaks, and leave 2 hours early.

frick that. We get paid to work 7.5 hour work days. Our company doesn't require 8 hour work days. It's absurd the way they're acting.

Lol, this is going to amount to nothing at all.

We would be having a more productive meeting talking plans for a loop and new bridges with the same people here. That's something we can do to really secure BR's future.

In theory, its a good idea, but in reality its all for show. The goal of the leaders, is to pretty much to calm down the protesters.

What irritates me about these "town halls" are that that only morons that show up are the dumbest frickers in the city, and continually having these only gives them the impression that their misguided opinion means something, and in reality, nobody gives a frick about them. The democratic politicians don't give a frick either.

We all knew this going into the meeting. It's just a chance for ignorants to get in front of a camera that isn't their cellphone camera.

Sorry i was absent during this. I started the thread in hopes to follow the meeting but had an air conditioner tripping breakers all night last night i was battling.
I'll go back and watch the video.

Greg Meriwether actually asked some of the "awkward" questions himself.
The ones from the audience were staged IMO.

Gary Chambers went live afterwards bashing Meriwether & WAFB

He had his followers hash tagging WAFB IS TRASH
As he yelled it over & over

The way he acted should prove he doesn't give a shite about the community & is only trying to keep himself relevant

Yeah, they said it wasn't "diverse" enough because the ex gang banger "silky slim" and "Pokie" from the block did not go. Is this what we have come to? Ex gangbangers and street rats must be included in conversations about the state of the city? Really?

Gary DOESN'T live in the NBR Community.

Note that he never said Gary actually lives in that community.

i"m worried about the St. George legislation also. While on one hand I live in the proposed area and would like nothing better than for these area schools to form their own school district, My parents live in Sherwood Forest and in all likelihood it will be a forgotten dump if St. George is passed

The irony of Gary's videos is that he is breaking laws while speaking out about police enforcement of laws.

Filming for social media while driving with ear buds in. I wonder if we should report those to brpd. I mean there's clear video evidence of breaking the law
