you can't, it is a 30 day wait from the day you purchase the policy to the day it takes effect

I can't see many of the people in tangi returning. Hit twice in 6 months, that's a lot for anybody.

This....there have been homes flooding recently cause of the monsoons.

What's odd is there are coastal homes that have never flooded in S LA, and Tangi has had devastating floods twice this year

Unless you live on the very tip of a mountain, 20-30 inches in 2-3 days is going to cause a problem anywhere.
