A good friend of mine converted an old bus into essentially a tiny house. He works the Nantahala river as a rafting guide in the summer and then drives it to Colorado in the winter to work as a ski instructor. He constructed his kitchen area, living area and sleeping area, almost entirely out of pallets.

I know a guy who sleeps in his station wagon. He works fourty hours per week but has a drinking and gambling problem. He rarely takes a bath and works the overnight shift. When management is gone for the day he comes in early and sleeps in a recliner.

JP lived in a car for a while but he doesn't like to talk about it.
