I am getting a haircut next week, that is the sum total of my obligations for the rest of the month. If we want to go somewhere we lock the door and leave. We have no debts, our kids are gone, our only financial obligations are taxes, insurance, and utilities. Unless we decide to sell the house and just wander the earth this is about as free as we are going to get, and it feels pretty good.
