I did it for maybe 6 months almost every day. Honestly, I didn't think anything of it. It was just like you eating lunch or going to work out. I guess in my mind, at the time, it wasn't serious at all, so it didn't hold any weight.
After I fessed up and realized the gravity of the situation, it was pretty bad. Hell, even I felt really bad for a long time. When anyone asks me what the worst thing I've ever done to someone is, that's what I answer.
Wouldn't do it ever again in a LTR. Had it happen to me with the last chick, and I was very angry (and still hate her). She was always scared I was hooking up with other girls. Turned out it was her all along

A guilty dog always barks. My ex, when she was cheating, was jealous af of me and one of her friends. Always made comments to me about how she knew we wanted to frick each other, we were talking behind her back, etc.

I'll admit it ... about three years ago we were playing backgammon for a "dirty favors" bet and she got up to get another drink while I rolled and I turned a 1/6 roll into 6/6 for doubles and won the game.

This was basically the whole 2 years we dated. She would ask questions she didn't want to know the answer to. My answers made her self-conscious about herself and her abilities. Maybe she convinced herself I was, so she was able to justify it to herself 
I now know the best way to check if your broad is banging other dudes. Pick up her phone and try to play with it. If she grabs it back quickly, she's getting dicked down by someone else
