I'm wanting to install 6x24" porcelain tiles, 400sqft room.

wood grain porcelain tiles. 6x24" tiles about $2/sqft.

Over slab or raised floor? If over raised floor is the backer board already down, if over slab are you using a crack isolation membrane etc. Where you located? What's shape of the room, are there a lot of cuts and things to cut around? Put shoe mold other trim etc down after finished? You supplying all materials? few factors to consider

$1.50 sqft for Co tractors, $2 sqft for homeowners. Typical labor cost.

When at the granite place, ask to look at the remnants and see if they have something big enough for your project. Will save you some money.
