I'm just pumped because the lakes/reservoirs here in Dallas will be high which means great boating this summer.

Also the Brazos will be higher so we can canoe and tube

Because they have huge populations that live in a freaking desert. They also waited until they were in the middle of the drought to start building desalination plants.
