whittnessed an altercation tonight at portland Maine airport tonight.

2 "sercice dogs" got into fight. Owners were able to separate dogs but a young woman was knocked out of her wheelchair. Oth er owner , man,started scream ing and cussing at girl. At an airport not one officer showed up. WTF
