Which small city will be the next to boom the way Austin and Nashville have?

Also, to a lesser extent; Denver, Tampa/St. Pete, Dallas, and Houston have experienced some rapid growth, but were all major cities to begin with. Those moving are mostly disenfranchised Californians or New Englanders running from real-estate prices they created. Which town will be the next one they all flock to?
Austin and Nashville seemed to have experienced the brunt of it, with Denver also experincing heavy flow of immigration into the state. It seems there’s a few small cities right on the cusp of blowing up the way Austin did. Boise, Chattanooga, Fayetteville, Des Moines, and Omaha come to mind as contenders for me.

Probably not Chattanooga.
We are growing but don't have enough industry around here to support a population boom.
VW plant is expanding, but GE Alstom plant just closed.

Omaha is an underrated cool city with really only the weather keeping it from really exploding.
I could see a place like Chattanooga growing a lot especially given the city's investment in broadband

God, I hope Chattanooga doesn't grow much more.
I don't get this fascination by people who want their city to continue growing.
I've lived in large cities and I've lived in small cities. There's a reason I chose to come back to Chattanooga after school.
Chattanooga is also hemmed in by the Tennessee River and mountains (Lookout and Signal). Expansion is geographically limited to an extent.

Oklahoma City. Only 27th largest city right now, but it’s moving up. It’s also in the same general area of the US as Austin and Denver. Last but not least, OKC shares the same key demographic as Austin and Denver: majority white
