LPSO Investigation: Do You Know This Person?
In February, the person in these images visited the McDonald’s located at Hwy 16/Hwy 1019.
Sheriff Jason Ard says, ‘After ordering, this person became irate. He began throwing french fries across the restaurant. He also threw the french fry box and the hard plastic food tray at store employees in the kitchen area. He actually hit a juvenile employee when he threw the food tray. The male then left in a dark-colored SUV.’
We’d like to ID, locate & have a word about this incident with this person.

My bad. All I wanted was some damn ice cream to go with the fries, but apparently the machine was broken…

Yet others can brawl and leave and not be sought after.

This. People are leaving stores with buggy full of items. People are hitting strangers in street and fighting at private business. Yet this guy is getting blasted for losing his cool and throwing fries and something plastic.

Is it really littering if they employ people to pick up trash?

Bet that guy never returns his shopping cart either.

But they won’t ticket the people who actually litter all the damn time…

It's hard to ticket someone for littering when no one saw them do it. I'd love it if actual litterers were prosecuted.

But what this guy did was assault and went beyond the ordinary trashiness of littering.

I see a lot of vehicles with people opening their doors to throw their trash out onto the roads at a stoplight. If you record them doing that, and send it in, would anything be done about it? I hate to be a Karen, and I doubt me doing it would really have some sort of impact, but that stuff just infuriates me.

Just the total lack of respect and lack of pride in our communities is just astounding to me. And these same people who do this, complain about the rest of us, and say we need to do more for them.
