that red supra at $99k is wayyy over priced. He knows it as does everyone in the import community. Prices are up again though as of recent. He has a habit of pricing cars high, especially if he doesn't want to sell them right away. Two of my friends have sold high HP modified cars to him, one GTR, one Gallardo and he immediately put them on his lot at a $75k+ markup.

My dad and I collect old Buicks, but I would take the Supra. It was an underrated car at the time it was sold.

I hope that car doesn't get damaged when James Carville blows up the Rose Bowl.

1987 Buick Grand National GNX untouched and un modified

I'll take this since it tops my wish list of any car ever made outside of an exotic.

Toss up, I would take either, but a slight lean towards the Grand National.

Sorry I'm getting into this late. Without having read all the posts...get the GNX. If it's original and in excellent condition, it's worth a ton of money.

You could sell the GNX and buy 2 or 3 Supras.

IMO, the GNX would be a collectors buy. Investment only. Very few original conditions remain. And the Supra, although can be heavily modified pretty easily, is just too heavy for a ton of handling excitement.

You could also add a last generation turbo RX7 and turbo 300Z to this list.

"The Barrett-Jackson car, after some spirited bidding, sold for $163,000 including premium, a level where classic Porsches, lesser Ferraris and many Mercedes live, and certainly a record for a mid-80s GM product."

Of course, that particular GNX had only a few hundred miles on it.
