LiveWatch. Cheaper than what else I saw out there (you do have to buy the equipment up front, but then you own it and they don't require a multiple-year contract like other companies) and have had no problems with them.

Dane, Lab, and Pitbull Mix Security Services, but I supplement with Vivent. I switch from ADT to Vivent about 2 years ago and love Vivent. Reasonably priced. Works well - easy user interface on my phone. I know a few other people who use Vivent and like them too.

United Security--local NOLA company. Used them for the last 3.5 years and have never had any issues.
Also, Ruger.

ADT. Happy so far. Set up was expensive but monitoring is reasonable.

I agree and have been very pleased with Vivint as well...have door and window alarms, glass break sensors, motion detector, fire and heat monitoring, cameras, the whole shebang. Can even control the thermostat and some lights in my house from my cell phone app. No more arguing with the wife on who is going to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the AC.
