I’ll be doing my part today and pushing the button for Vina. Definitely going to wear my Destroya shirt as well. In a few months when the Comptonite cancels Mardi Gras, I’ll be able to say “don’t blame me..”

Blows my mind. And the other 67% wasn’t working before the pandemic. Covid and Ida just gave them a good excuse.

Backed by some old Uptown families who are members of the faux aristocracy, aka Mardi Gras Krewes.

Today will be funny. We get quantitative data on how retarded New Orleans is, and I get reminded with hard facts how great of a decision it was to leave my hometown. Not that those reminders are rare.

I think she is worried about her numbers otherwise she wouldn’t have promoted the free cash grab program yesterday.

Louisiana has always favored corruption. The same idiots keep voting in the same scumbags.

Look at EWE.

75% of the voters probably can't even name the two nimrods that she is running against.

It's sad that someone worth a damn wouldn't step up to run against her, but just like most of the rest of the state, the candidates we get usually suck.

Did I promise she would lose?

She’s beatable if the right Democrats would have stepped up to the plate and ran against her.

Unfortunately that didn’t happen.

I voted for Heno, hopefully it goes to a runoff, but without any real competition, she will be re elected.

I was wishful thinking someone worth a frick would run against her but Louisiana politicians are all a bunch of pussies.

Ditto

I gave LaToya the benefit of the doubt last election. I voted Manny Chevrolet Bruno this go round - I’m not to optimistic there will be a runoff against her though. After seeing the polling lady go though the binder to find my name I didn’t see many folks signatures. I guess people are sitting this one out or opt to vote early.

I don't look at it as a vote for Latoya, I look at it as a vote against 08.

Why the hell would anyone re-elect Cantrell?

I'm afraid that people from now on will vote either black or white/ democrat vs republican. Instead of the candidate that will be the most beneficial.

Hopefully you voted Hornbrook over Erroll for Assessor. That’s the really only vote I care about
