Where does driving a used police car rank on the trashy scale?

Would have it 3rd or 4th behind Littering, Smoking, and possibly Trailer Park.
Just ironic that the people buying used police cars typically look like the type that have rode in the back of one at some point

I'm sure it ranks below doing meth all day

Trashy is driving a 2022 mustang financed at 18% for 10 years and you just got fired from your concrete work for calling out on account of your sciatica.

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
99.999% of smokers are also litterbugs

This is awfully specific.

shite, I'd love to tool around in one of these things. Love an 80's Foxbody. Somebody at FHP did also.

And yet everyone knows a guy exactly like this.

Depends in how old you are. Under 21 it’s pretty cool.

Black it out, brush guard, lots of fake antennae, I won't have ride your bumper long before you get your arse out of the passing lane. Maybe a rocker switch on the headlights for extra motivation

It’s that weird cross section of trashy and awesome.

Where do I rank it? Personally I don't give a frick.

Unless you're with your brother Elwood and on a mission from God, pretty trashy

There was a company in Florida selling retired highway patrol cars.
Honestly, high performance vehicles, well maintained. Not necessarily a bad deal.
Depending on what you want.

They are good for a first time driver. Maintenance has been done. You're not out a lot if they tear it up or hut something and they may get less shite on the road as people can't tell and will move over when you get behind em.
Can be had for a decent price. I've looked at them for my daughter as a first time driver. The Taurus SHO was an option for several years and they can be had cheap with low miles.
Chances are she's going to hit something with a first vehicle.
