I was there NYE 1999. They corral the crowd into different sections. No coming or going including to bathrooms. We got there about 10 am with sandwiches and one small bottle of water to last the whole day. I didn't notice anyone peeing around us and I didn't have to go until after midnight when we left. I use the same strategy for Jazz Fest. Drink just enough water to keep yourself hydrated and you won't have to pee

Well that just sounds awful.
