Spent just over $300 for roughly 1,200 pieces of candy at Walmart Grocery this morning.

Get your little munchkins to go to the several trunk or treat like events in your area leading up to Halloween. Take half or more and use that candy for your Halloween giveaway if they don’t collect enough, buy some as a supplement. Also, use it as a lesson to your kids on how Taxes work.

With the price of candy and seeing the last few years a bunch of north baton rouge trick or treaters showing up in our neighborhood (in Denham Springs), too old and not even in costumes, no more Halloween at my house. Porch light will be off and dog at the window monitoring along with my cameras.
