I think I'm gonna start snapping random pics with my just to make the sounds when I'm crowded public restrooms. Like at airports or restaurants or whatever.
Then I'll wash my hands in the sink right next to them and make really long eye contact in the mirror. I imagine that would really frick with their heads.

Unless one is unordinary endowed it is unlikely there is anything special about one's pecker that any woman would be interested in seeing a picture of. I would posit that 99% of dick pics are taken and sent by the modern day equivalent of the weirdo in the trench coat back in the days flashing folks in the park....

I'd counter that 10% are "hey, what are these weird red bumps" or other medical issues
I've definitely sent a picture of a hemorrhoid to a nurse friend of mine from the bathroom
