LIke when it is a sunny day and you look around outside and think that this would be happening even if none of us were here. The day is sunny just because this is what Earth looks like this far form the sun.

Depends on the perspective. From your body's perspective, no, we would not continue to exist. But through the laws of nature, we, collectively would exist, from our own collective vantage points.
