driving. it took me a very long time to get out of the habit of smoking while driving. For awhile i had to make sure i have something in my hands like a pen or water bottle to keep me occupied.

Driving is a big trigger for me as well. I can go all day at work without it, but as soon as I get in the car on the way home, I have to stop by a store and by a black and mild wood tip.

I don't smoke, but I crave a big dip on a long drive, when I'm mowing the yard, or reading/writing something where I need to be uper focused. I go through about a can every 2 weeks(4 or so dips).
