Probably much less than that in todays economy. Try 35-40k working 60+ a week.

Eh, it depends on what you choose to do. You can go offshore and make much more than that, although that takes a certain kind of person who lives a certain life style. However, you are making money while a large majority of your high school class mates are racking up debt to get their useless degree.

College isn't for everyone, even if you can get in. There are far too many people going to college and not enough young people entering the workforce and doing the blue-collar work. People complain about foreigners taking our jobs, but to some degree, that is a result of our own doing. Kids are taught at a young age that you can't be successful unless you go to college, which isn't true.

The typical bachelors degree is extremely watered down and is only getting worse.
