That's a little extreme for the "average" now, but unfortunately it's not as extreme as it should be. I don't think the average woman is a hamplanet, but I think she's probably a little chubby.

There are just so many overweight/out of shape people. It's just so easy to let yourself go. If you don't make it a top priority, you're bound to slip up.

The obvious answer is also that women want to pretend that the average is land whale tier so they can feel better about themselves only being slightly chubby.
