Downtown does. Government street. All the bars have live music and you can just hop from one to the next. Leos, murky waters, the grocery, mosaic, etc. just to name a few.

Yes, completely different vibe. Very laid back. I think all or most carry crooked letter beers. The beer bar in the back of mosaic has a ton of beers on tap.

Mobile has more decent bars than most cities its size. I don't know why it always gets written off in that area. That said, I've only been twice and can't remember the names of any of them. Just go to the Joachim Street area and hop from one to another.

They have two tunnels in Mobile, take one out and the other back.
