It's going to be age of consent.
Not outright pedophilia yet, but there are already arguments for a lower statutory age of consent that aren't insane (European countries generally use 16 instead of 18, for example), and once you start eroding hard lines on age of consent, the deviants constantly find ways to argue that 15 isn't very different from 16, 14 isn't very different from 15, and so on.
Since mainstream American culture has already fully swallowed the Marxist notion that any and every single line drawn by fiat is arbitrary and has no meaning, our society is no longer inoculated against such degeneracy, and will find itself succumbing in due time.
Sounds crazy, but then again so did Drag Queen Story Time at your local public library.

You were downvoted, but the left is going to push that next. They already think it's acceptable for a child to permanently change their sex through hormone blockers and surgery.
The next step is a child can decide they "want" to sleep with adults.
This isn't a slippery slope argument, it's their next step.
