This covers anything ridiculous not just speeding.

Mine will be far from the winner but 42 in a 35 on lonesome rd in mandeville.

That doesn't seem absurd at all. You are going 20% over the speed limit. Maybe this road is one of those roads that has a 35 mph speed limit that should be 50 and I am just unaware.

I received a ticket for driving under the influence. I should've been arrested. That's absurd.

Got a 2 mph over from a cop in my neighborhood who was a prick. My mom went over to his door and yelled at him until he decided to rip it up. That was funny. I technically deserved it but 17 in a 15 aint shite.

State police had someone pulled over as I passed by one day. He caught up with me and says I didn't move over far enough away as I passed by. Gave me a failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. $305.00

Ehh it's not absurd but felt I had to contribute. I don't think I could ever go 35 on it and feel sane though

I wrote a guy for 66 in a 65 on a 4 lane highway in rural Louisiana

I had my cruise set on 65 and he flew past me. I pulled him over and he said he didn't see me but argued that since I didn't get him on radar I couldn't write him a ticket. I proved him wrong

I was once pulled over right after leaving a traffic light. I knew I wasnt speeding. The trooper walked up to my car with a stop watch and told me I was following too close to the car in front of me... 1.87 seconds instead of 2.0 seconds.

This is why cops get shot. Their blood is on your hands.

Is that a real thing?

It was taught in drivers Ed, but I thought it was more of a guideline.

7. 7 of them. That was the absurd part. One stop.

Washington, LA so yeah.

The only legit one was actually expired insurance (had the old card, forgot the new one. It was like 3 days overdue, just never put it in the car. And it was my parents car anyways.)

The real absurd one was the seatbelt ticket...he watched me take it off to get my wallet. Then he gave me the ticket. I refused to sign that ticket, he put his hand on his gun and told me this would get ugly. SO I signed it....then he proceeded to write up another ticket for "admitting to speeding," which I had already received a speeding ticket.

So yeah.

EBRSO gave me one for not coming to a full and complete stop at an intersection in the Summer Breeze subdivision. I guess I deserved it but the neighborhood was completely empty and it wasn't like I blew through the sign. I rolled up slowly at less than 5MPH. Found it an absurd fundraising effort on part of EBRSO
