Long story short. Got drunk and ate Pizza two nights in a row. Now I've been like a bloated cement truck two days in a row. I feel miserable, irritable and on top of that I used a lot of Red Pepper Flakes.

Someone mentioned to me that I may be allergic to Gluten. Isn't this one of those new things that fat people are using for attention? I feel that I'm just too old to be eating pizza now, body can't handle it just like milk. Should I really have a doctor look for Gluten Intolerance? Please pray for my full recovery as I go make myself a Cocktail and prepare for my TRX Training in the morning.

I know one person who is actually allergic to it, and they're in great shape.

From what I understand it's an intolerance that deals with gluten.

I think it's from the ingestion of too much liquid protein.

So what are their symptoms? Can the person have a sandwich and be fine? Or do they go full blown intolerant like?

Be careful of that stuff. Too much gluten can make your dick fly off.

Good thing you stopped. It might be reversible, not sure.

More and more groceries and health food stores stock gluten-free products. That’s good news for people with celiac disease, who for health reasons should not eat wheat with gluten. Yet paradoxically, most of the people who reach for gluten-free products don’t have celiac disease and or even a sensitivity to wheat, Peter H.R. Green, MD, director of the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University, told WebMD. "The market for gluten-free products is exploding. Why exactly we don’t know. Many people may just perceive that a gluten-free diet is healthier." In fact, it isn’t. For people with celiac disease, a gluten-free diet is essential. But for others, "unless people are very careful, a gluten-free diet can lack vitamins, minerals, and fiber," says Green.

No, just trying to help you out with the gluten intolerance thing. Purely innocent, like always.

I feel like this whenever I eat carbs.

I feel great when I stick with meat and veggies.

I have a relative that is on a gluten free diet. I absolutely HATE eating that shite, because it's always egg-free, flour-free, and basically substance free. It might as well be flavored carbon air.

It's not an argument at all. Tketaco said something about gluten intolerance and I thought it might be from too much liquid protein. He said something about that he no longer blows guys, which is his choice, of course.

I am glad that you were able to help him with this scholarly information.

I know a girl who is gluten intolerant. She's isn't fat. When she has gluten, she feels awful, and stays it a bad mood. Its obvious to everyone around her, that knows her, when she has had gluten. Its like night and day.
