Try HomeGoods. My wife drags me in there all the time and that place is always crawling with hot women of all ages. Women absolutley love that place, so they're all running around on a shopping high, and in a really good mood. Doesn't matter what time or day you go, it's always busy. The good part for me is it has lots of comfy chairs and couches where I can sit and "observe" or browse TD.
