Taking some medicine that already raises my BP some so I quit. Didnt like having to rely on it and the stained teeth either.
Like i said, first morning was rough but i Just downed a bunch of water. No real side effects and if Im ever just craving the feeling of drinking something hot int he mornings ill drink decaffeinated green tea.
Not that I think anythings wrong with black coffee, in fact its good for you in many ways and I loved drinking it.
