What's a good "on your lot" home builder in the Baton Rouge area?

What's the best home builder in the Baton Rouge area? I've heard good and bad things about Schumacher Homes - does anyone have any experience with them? Are they good quality?
I'm also looking at Sunrise Homes - anyone know anything about them?

There was a thread a while back with some good info about them. I would read it and shop elsewhere. IMHO

Mike Telich (Telich Custom Homes) has a good reputation. I've heard nothing but VERY good things about him.
