Yep shower in the mornings too. I only wet my hair though. Don't put anything in it. Too many consecutive days with hard shampooings will dry your shite out.

Yeah, maybe it's my hair type (blonde, completely straight, thin, full) but at about 18 hours of no shampoo, my shite starts to get oily...... it could be that my hair is just accustom to being shampood every 12 hours or so. :bunno:

I shave everything. Except for a small area around my peen. I keep that hair really short though. I'd shave that too but I work out too much and it's killer when it starts growing back.

I shower before bed and just run my head under the water in the morning and brush it back to what is was like before I slept and throw in some Tea Tree paste. I also use a brush that people with afros and such use because it works best to move every piece of hair with one brush. (I wake up looking like I stuck my finger in a light socket)

How old are you? I was unaware that being well groomed was a recent trend. I mean, barbers have been around for quite a while.
