What Is Your Office Pet Peeve?

Personally, mine is the person who complains about everything they do, have to do, or their job in general. My thought process is: if you have such a problem with everything that you are tasked out with and you truly are miserable, fricking LEAVE.
Others that bother me:
People showing up late.
People that get too comfortable and randomly bring up shite like politics or social issues out of the blue.

ETA: Also, any sounds I cannot control. If I need to concentrate, I prefer pure silence and I can sometimes hear certain lab equipment from outside of my office.
