Cereal.

In fact, I couldn't tell you the last time I had cereal for breakfast.

If you can tell us that you can probably also tell us the last time you were 20LBs heavier.

In all seriousness, I used to eat midnight snacks when I played football (hell I ate all the time). Quit playing, blew up quick. Had to identify all of the bad habits and quell them.

I will admit I will endulge around the holiday season when situations call for it. Like when you have over 5LBs of left-over ham in the fridge...

On that note, be right back.

Various Little Debbies.

This time of year it's Christmas tree cakes. Normally it's either Nutty Buddy, Star Crunch or Zebra Cakes.

But, don't Christmas tree cakes = Zebra Cakes technically? Been a while since I had one, just going off of memory.

I don't do it every night and I don't mind a few extra lbs.
