I have always loved the Jambalaya Festival in Gonzales but may try some others this year. One in particular is the Cochon de Lait Festival in Mansura, La. What's your favorite?

Always wanted to try Po Boy Festival but the timing of it doesn't make sense. Spring is the best time to do these things.

NOLA in Tap.

2nd two aren't really festivals, but you drink, eat, and listen music.

I like all of those kind of the things as long as there isn't a bunch of trashy asses

That's the fun part: watching all that wonderful, colorful interaction!
