What is up with the Lowsyana Judicial system?

So, a good Mother gets put in jail in Baton Rouge for beating her 3 sons for burglarizing a home, but 2 Bama thugs with stolen guns and weed are set free in Monroe because they sweat at practice???.....Man, we have got this shite backwards....

I'm not a lawyer but I've had several dealings with the law, so I'm going to say that there is about a 100% this was handled by two different DA offices/police forces

In one of the cases, there's a good chance someone got paid. That's the Louisiana Judicial system.
