big arse lowboy
obviously doesn't need that much of a lowboy to haul whats on it, but it ain't gonna haul itself back, that's probably the straps, mats, timbers, etc. needed to haul whatever it just off loaded

The rear section is likely a steering unit, those setups are surprisingly maneuverable considering the size of the whole thing.
