In my opinion, the biggest rip-off in Baton Rouge is rent prices. All levels, all complexes.
I'm old and long past the renting phase of my life (thank God), but I feel so sorry for you young people, doling out huge sums of money just to have a place to hang your hat in this town.

3. I don't know if this qualifies, but whoever sold BR and LA on the interstate and street layout of BR ripped that city.
Disclaimer: left riverside towing out because it was already mentioned multiple times, but it is obviously the biggest ripoff
