What happened to Perkins Rowe? You don't see threads on here anymore.

At one point a few years back, one couldn't escape the omnipresent negativity threads about this establishment.

Do people simply don't frequent this place anymore or it's gotten better? Good, bad or indifferent what has taken place here?

Was told Thursday was the night for thuggery. Went last thursday to watch the room rifftrax and there were hardly any people there let alone gangs

It seems to have stabilized. They are actually renting and selling some of those apartments. There's security.
