As a defender of buzzed driving and believe bac should be back at .1, even I agree. This guy was driving like a god damned fool WHILE impaired. Terrible. Dude needs to be locked up for decades.

Nobody commented on he being a Perilloux from Reserve. There's another Perilloux from Reserve with whom we're all familiar. This is horrible. Being a booster at DHS, I'm familiar with these students. So sad.
