Nope. Part of their job should include greater consideration for the good name of the institution. Sadly, it's obvious the institution doesn't think so and/or doesn't care.

No question that they are just playing the game within the confines of the rules on lawyer advertising. It's the rules that are the problem. They need to be changed, especially when it comes to advertising that has nothing to do with legal representation, such as talking about being football fans, or hanging out with musicians.
